GOLF MEMBERSHIP

A Golf Membership entitles the member to full use of all the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness, spa, and social facilities of the Club.

·         No green fees or court fees for the use of the golf and tennis facilities. Golf cart or annual trail fees are required.

·         Seven-day sign-up privileges to reserve tee times and tennis court times.

SPORTS MEMBERSHIP

A sports membership entitles to use all the tennis, swimming, fitness, spa, and social activities of the Club, as well as limited golf privileges.

• No court fees
• Priority sign-up privileges to reserve tennis court times.
• Limited use of the golf facilities during the season upon payment of green fees and golf cart fees.
• Unlimited golf play during the off-season upon payment of golf cart fees.
• One-day advance sign-up privileges during the season and seven-day sign up during the off-season to reserve golf tee times.
• Limited use of the driving range and putting facility. Sports Members are not entitled to own a private cart and therefore, may not select annual trail fees in lieu of cart fees.)

Amenities

The Mirasol Grand Clubhouse boasts spectacular indoor and outdoor dining and entertainment areas. The facility features the beautiful Arthur Hills-designed “Sunset” golf course, the spectacular Tom Fazio-designed “Sunrise” golf course, and a wonderful driving range and short game practice area.

                      FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. What facilities will be available for use by the members of the Club?

A. The Club facilities consist of approximately 70,000 square feet under roof and include:

• 36 holes of championship golf – the “Sunset” course designed by Arthur Hills and the “Sunrise” course designed by Tom Fazio.
• Golf practice facilities consisting of a driving range, short game practice area, practice putting area, and a golf instructional building.
• A Grand Clubhouse with golf pro shop, locker room facilities, card rooms, dining room, and lounge.
• Esplanade Sports Center with cardiovascular and strength theaters, aerobic studio, locker rooms, treatment rooms and steam rooms, 15 clay tennis courts, tennis pro shop, and Junior Olympic-size swimming pool.

Q. Are property owners required to obtain memberships?

A. Yes. Every owner of a home in the Community is required to purchase and maintain an Equity Membership. The number of Equity Memberships in each category is limited. Initial eligibility or Golf Membership is limited to initial retail purchasers in certain designated Villages within the Community.

Q. Will my guests be able to use the Club Facilities?

A. Yes. You may invite guests to use the Club Facilities in accordance with the privileges granted by the category of membership selected, and in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Club relating to guests, and upon the payment of applicable guests fees and charges established by the Club.

Q. Are private golf carts allowed?

A. Equity Golf members who reside within the Community are eligible to obtain the privilege to use private carts on the golf course according to the terms of the Rules and Regulations as established by the Board of directors from time to time. Private golf cart owners shall be required to pay an annual trail fee.

Q. Are my family members included in my membership?

A. Equity Membership is a family membership and entitles the member, and his or her immediate family to use the Club Facilities. Immediate Family includes only the Equity Member’s spouse and their unmarried children age 23 or younger and living at home, attending school on a full time basis or in the military. Other children and family members are eligible as guests.
